Territory Operations Director- Home Health Qualifications
  • Washington RN License required
  • Healthcare professional with at least two (2) years of health-related experience and the education, knowledge, and ability to effectively direct the program
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years experience in the business and fiscal functions in a health care setting
  • 3-5 years of people management and administrative experience, preferred experience in home health care or a related health care program
  • Experience in the business and fiscal functions preferred in a health care setting
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily operations and clinical services to best serve our patients and staff. Organize and direct agency functions and daily territory operations (to include multisite locations as necessary). Drive operational performance in line with the established KPIs for Administrator position and direct and indirect reports in their territory.
  • Administratively supervise provision of quality care to agency clients for the territory.
  • Ensure implementation of agency policy and procedures for the territory are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal requirements.
  • Manage the selection, training and development of staff - fostering effective leadership development. Coaching sessions will be held monthly with direct reports, if not more frequent, to grow leaders within the organization. Responsible for overall attrition of territory, must identify at risk staff with action plan to prevent attrition of staff where needed.
  • Navigate a matrixed business environment. Build relationships, influence partnerships with other AccentCare departments, and show success in shared responsibility model.
