  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, client requirements, tobacco marketing regulations, and age-verification standards

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and store management
  • Resolve field challenges and provide operational support to team members
  • Communicate performance updates, trends, and recommendations to leadership
  • Support special events, market activations, and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management, retail operations, sales leadership, or a related role
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop field-based teams
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, performance tracking, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet travel requirements
