Prime Video Commerce and International Product is seeking a driven, strategic, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive support to senior leadership

This role will focus on keeping two of the organization's leaders organized, informed, and on task. High-level calendar management and scheduling will require extremely high standards and attention to detail, as well as great time management and organizational skills, along with juggling multiple critical requests while proactively anticipating needs and driving improvements. High integrity, discretion with confidential information, and professionalism are essential.

One of the leaders is located in London and the other is in Seattle.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
- Arrange domestic and international travel including coordination for conferences
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organize, execute and assist with team activities and mechanisms such as staff meetings, town halls, off-sites, etc.
- Understand business priorities and proactively improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
- Coordinate workspace planning in partnership with facilities and leadership, including space allocation, seating assignments, and office space reconfigurations
- Build relationships with the leadership team, executive assistants and other business partners to support the organization
- Act as a liaison for the leaders' direct reports.
