Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise tent installation crews on job sites
  • Install, secure, and dismantle temporary tent structures in accordance with company and industry standards
  • Assign daily tasks and coordinate manpower and equipment needs
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company safety policies
  • Conduct job site safety briefings and enforce PPE and hazard controls
  • Inspect structures and equipment for quality, stability, and damage
  • Coordinate with project managers, logistics teams, and clients to meet schedules
  • Train and mentor new technicians
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and report incidents or damages immediately
  • Assist with material loading, unloading, and transportation as needed
  • Support additional turnaround logistics tasks as required

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in tent installation, construction, scaffolding, or temporary structures preferred
  • Previous leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
