Job description

Position Overview

Synthetic Grass Warehouse, a TenCate Company, is growing and seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk / Driver to join our operations team. This role supports daily warehouse functions while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with local deliveries when needed
  • Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
  • Assist customers with order fulfillment and product pickup
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
  • Accurately fill orders and cut materials in a timely manner
  • Load and unload freight containers and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications amp; Requirements

  • Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required (if driving company vehicles)

Work Environment

  • Warehouse and outdoor environment
  • Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling
  • Exposure to moving equipment and machinery
