Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Windows Desktop Engineer to work with various application and infrastructure support teams. The role involves understanding application requirements related to desktop engineering and managing corporate endpoints within a global infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• work with the various application and infrastructure support teams to better understand application requirements related to desktop engineering and making recommendations and implementing support processes
• Help manage corporate endpoints and their supporting infrastructure in a 7x24x52 worldwide infrastructure with multiple physical sites.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience working with application and infrastructure support teams
• Ability to understand application requirements related to desktop engineering
• Experience making recommendations and implementing support processes
