Job Description

We are looking for a Windows Image Engineer / Software Engineer I to support enterprise desktop environments. The ideal candidate will assist with Windows 10/11 image engineering, deployment, troubleshooting, and automation within a large-scale enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and engineer Windows 10/11 images across multiple device platforms.

  • Support enterprise desktop deployment using tools such as SCCM or Microsoft Intune.

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and image maintenance.

  • Implement Group Policy and security configurations across enterprise endpoints.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support change and release management processes.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across enterprise endpoints.

  • Assist with image creation, testing, validation, and deployment.

  • Work with hardware vendors to ensure compatibility with Windows images.

  • Support system upgrades, updates, and patching processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or endpoint support.

  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 desktop environment.

  • Experience with SCCM or Microsoft Intune.

  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.

  • Understanding of Group Policy and enterprise desktop security.
