Job description

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading medical device manufacturer in Mansfield, MA to bring on experienced Assemblers on a temp basis (One Month). This company offers a clean, regulated manufacturing environment, strong training programs, and long-term career growth opportunities.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: $20.00
Location: Mansfield, MA
Job Duties:
· Assemble, package, and complete production steps for medical devices in a GMP-regulated environment
· Follow detailed manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
· Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO, and company safety and environmental requirements
· Ensure proper materials are available and accurately complete assigned shop orders and production work
· Perform quality checks to detect defects and ensure product accuracy
· Support engineering teams with process validation, testing, and data collection as needed
· Assist in troubleshooting production issues and provide problem-solving support
· Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
· Maintain accurate documentation and production records
· Follow cleanroom and controlled environment procedures as required
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 1+ year of manufacturing or medical device assembly experience preferred
· Experience in GMP, ISO, FDA, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
· Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures in English
· Strong attention to detail and quality focus
· Basic math skills, including ability to work with decimals and measurements
· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks
· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
