Job description

We're hiring Solutions Architects / Applied AI Engineers to join one of the fastest growing teams in AWS, working with the ISVs that are defining the future of enterprise software. As part of the ATLAS organization, you'll partner with strategic ISVs who are driving the agentic transformation across every vertical, industry, and geo. These companies are building the tools that millions of developers and enterprises rely on daily, and they're doing it on AWS.

This role spans the full breadth of ISV coverage, from helping customers modernize and scale their existing platforms on AWS to architecting the next generation of AI-powered and agentic applications. You'll be the trusted technical advisor to some of the most innovative software companies in the world, helping them architect, build, and scale their solutions from proof of concept to production. You'll go deep on the technologies reshaping how software is built, deployed, and operated.

Key job responsibilities

Drive platform modernization and growth: Help ISVs optimize, migrate, and scale their core platforms on AWS, spanning compute, storage, databases, networking, and security
Architect end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions: Design and validate architectures spanning the full stack, from foundation model integration to agentic workflows, orchestration, evaluation, and observability
Build with customers: Roll up your sleeves on POCs, prototypes, and pilots, then help customers operationalize them into production-grade systems
Go deep on Agentic AI: Help customers design and implement multi-agent systems, tool use patterns, agent orchestration, memory and state management, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Drive technical strategy: Own the technical roadmap for your accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption across the full AWS stack, including AI/ML, data and analytics, infrastructure, security, networking, and governance
Shape the product: Work directly with AWS service teams to influence the roadmap based on real customer needs. Your feedback drives what gets built next
Thought leadership: Publish blogs, present at conferences, and create reusable architectures that raise the bar across the field.
A day in the life
ATLAS ISVs sit at the center of transformation, reshaping every industry by embedding agentic AI into the software that enterprises run on every day.

You'll work with the companies building the future, and the tools they build are used by millions. You'll architect, build, prototype, and ship alongside your customers, with work that directly influences AWS product direction. You're joining a growing team that's expanding with momentum, executive sponsorship, and a clear mission. You'll work on multi-agent systems, evaluation frameworks, and production patterns that most teams are still reading blog posts about
