Job Summary:
Priscilla's Place with Teen Challenge of KY is seeking a committed and compassionate individual to serve as a Live-In Residential Staff member. This position plays a vital role in the daily life of our Christ-centered recovery program, providing support, structure, and encouragement to the women we serve. The ideal candidate will embrace our mission, demonstrate spiritual maturity, and bring the relational and leadership skills needed to foster a safe, nurturing, and transformative environment.
POSITION GOALS
To support the effective operation of the center by assisting staff in daily activities and promoting a positive, faith-based atmosphere in alignment with Teen Challenge policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Program Manager in daily program and facility operations
  • Supervise and mentor students, maintaining a safe, caring, and structured environment
  • Enforce program rules consistently and uphold confidentiality
  • Lead or assist with daily devotions, chapel services, and other spiritual activities
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and required trainings
  • Transport students to church services and scheduled appointments
  • Assist with meal preparation, menu planning, and shopping for household supplies
  • Complete required documentation and help maintain resident and non-resident files
  • Log phone calls and communicate critical information or emergencies promptly
  • Assist with student intake and exit procedures
  • Oversee daily program routines, including groups, chores, meals, and activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with adults facing life-controlling issues
  • Associate degree or relevant experience in human services or ministry
  • Demonstrated Christian maturity, wisdom, and a clear calling to Adult & Teen Challenge
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
