Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Welder for a long-term opportunity in Bay Minette, AL. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural welding using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications
Fabricate, assemble, and weld structural components to required standards
Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with codes
Operate grinders and other tools to prepare and finish welds
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Structural Welder is required
