BMarko Structures is hiring Welders at all skill levels! This will be a temp-to-hire role on first shift. Pay is $24-$30/hr depending on experience. An interview and weld test will be required. *Roles will be employed through Kudzu staffing for the first 480 hours.

BMarko Structures is a leading modular construction company manufacturing volumetric steel modules and shipping containers as permanent structures in the commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial space. Our structures are installed throughout the United States and abroad. We believe that it's time for the construction industry to change. By completing up to 90% of our buildings at our factory, we are taking workers out of the job site and into streamlined manufacturing facilities.

Position Overview:
The Structural Welder at BMarko Structures is responsible for fabricating and assembling steel components for modular and prefabricated building projects. This role requires expertise in welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
  • Perform MIG, Flux Core, and stick welding on structural steel components.
  • Inspect welds for quality and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in the installation and assembly of prefabricated structures as needed.
