Clean and Maintain grounds, parking area, athletic fields and fence lines. Mow, utilizing bush hog, large mowers, rake with pull behind rake on farm tractor. Blow, weed-eat, rake, spread clay or dirt. Trim limbs, hedges and also cut trees. Pick up trash on bleachers and athletic fields. Lay sod, spread mulch, dirt, soil and gravel. Utilizing small loaders, backhoe, farm tractor and grading using box blade. Clean restrooms, offices, vehicles and equipment. Inspect and maintain vehicles, trailers and equipment for safety issues. Activities associated with administering and performing repairs and maintenance on farm tractor, backhoe, loaders mini backhoe and various equipment. Move or setup furniture or equipment (table, chairs, bleachers and sport equipment). Assist with painting athletic fields. May be subject to be on call standby for storms and other emergencies. Perform all duties as assigned.
