Licensed Lawn Care Technician
$22-$28/Hour + $2,000 Signing Bonus*

We're looking for an experienced, licensed Lawn Care Technician who understands turfgrass, fertilization, weed control, and lawn health-not mowing.
Lawn Doctor of St. Charles is a locally owned branch of a trusted national brand, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving lawn problems, and wants to be part of a professional team that values experience.
This Is NOT a Mowing or Landscaping Position
We're specifically looking for candidates with experience in:

• Fertilization & Weed Control
• Turfgrass Management & Agronomy
• Pesticide Applications
• Lawn Diagnostics
• Aeration & Overseeding
• Professional Customer Service

Golf course, sports turf, sod farm, and professional lawn care experience are all highly valued.
What You'll Do

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and specialty lawn treatments safely and accurately
• Diagnose lawn issues including weeds, insects, disease, and turf stress
• Perform aeration, overseeding, and other turf services
• Operate professional application equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Maintain accurate service records using our mobile system
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean, organized, and work-ready

What We're Looking For

• Professional lawn care or turf management experience
• Current pesticide applicator license (or ability to quickly obtain/transfer Missouri licensing)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

What We Offer

• $22-$28 per hour (based on experience)
• $2,000 Signing Bonus*
