TEMP POOL BASICS:

  • AGE REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be at least 18 years in age.

  • TRIBAL PREFERENCE

Tribal Preference applies. However, non-tribal candidates will be considered based on business need, certifications and skills required.

  • AVAILABLITY

Most positions work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Part-time & Full-time work is available. Specific schedules will be communicated upon job placement.

  • ANNUAL HOURS

Generally six (6) months or 999 hours (29.99 hours/week) in a calendar year

  • The HR department compiles a list of qualified candidates who have indicated their availability to participate in the Temporary Service Pool. Qualifications are determined by factors such as skills, experience, and compatibility with the requested roles. This list serves as a resource for departments to select suitable candidates for their temporary staffing needs.
  • The selection of the individuals for specific positions is ultimately the responsibility of the requesting departments. These departments are best equipped to assess how a candidate’s qualifications align with their unique needs.
