Job Summary:

Work where guests come to rest and reset. Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in a peaceful, high-desert setting.

You will oversee room cleanliness, staff performance, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, casitas, and public spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong opportunity to build supervisory experience in a destination resort known for wellness and hospitality.

Northern New Mexico, about 50 miles north of Santa Fe

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Lead and support housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality

  • Submit maintenance work orders and follow up
  • Manage inventory of linens and supplies
