  • Schedule introductory meetings for Business Development leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Provide detailed meeting notes and prospect insights to ensure successful transitions.
  • Support prospects throughout the early stages of the sales process.
Manage the Pipeline
  • Nurture early-stage prospects through ongoing communication.
  • Re-engage dormant opportunities when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently document outreach activities.
  • Share market feedback and prospect insights that help improve messaging and campaigns.

What You'll Bring
Required:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for conferences and industry events.

Preferred:
  • Experience using HubSpot for sequences, workflows, reporting, and task management.
