Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos with potential customers. Your role will focus on reaching out to both general contractors and subcontractors to introduce our platform, qualify them based on their needs, and schedule demos with our sales team to demonstrate how our solutions can streamline their work๏ฌ‚ows and improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential general contractors and subcontractors who would bene๏ฌt from our platformโ€™s capabilities. Use a combination of cold outreach (email, phone calls, and other resources) and inbound leads to generate opportunities.

Qualifying Leads: Engage in conversations to qualify leads based on company size, industry, pain points, and ๏ฌt with the CIS platform.

Scheduling Demos: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule product demos for

quali๏ฌed leads, ensuring that key stakeholders are included in the demo sessions.

CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions with prospects in the CRM system (Dynamics), maintaining a clean pipeline of quali๏ฌed leads and opportunities.

Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to ensure they remain engaged and are aware

of the value our solution brings to their organization.


Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to re๏ฌne messaging, create effective outreach strategies, and share insights from conversations with potential customers.


Other Requirements:

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, business, or related ๏ฌeld.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and email outreach to initiate conversations and generate interest.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry, particularly general contractors, subcontractors, and the bidding process, is a plus.
