Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide direct nursing care for adult behavioral health patients during overnight hours.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, complete nursing assessments, and document clinical progress.
  • Respond to behavioral health crises while maintaining a safe, therapeutic treatment environment.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and the multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
  • Practice with autonomy while receiving strong clinical and administrative support.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive hourly rate from $53.94-$65.29 based on experience.
  • Weeknight shift differential of +$2.50/hour.
  • Weekend shift differential of +$4.00/hour.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
  • Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
