POSITION OVERVIEW
Overnight Behavioral Health RN role focused on psychiatric nursing care, medication administration, and patient advocacy
Opportunity to work independently overnight while supported by multidisciplinary behavioral health team
Structured behavioral health environment with established workflows and documentation processes
Clinical role supporting patient monitoring, education, and psychiatric care coordination
Four-night schedule providing long weekends and schedule consistency

SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday overnight schedule
36 hours weekly
Overnight behavioral health environment
Weeknight differential: +$2.50/hour
Weekend differential: +$4/hour

Hourly pay range: $53.94-$65.29 based on experience

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide psychiatric nursing care within behavioral health setting
Administer and document medications accurately
Monitor vital signs and patient progress
Lead patient education and support activities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health team
Advocate for patient care and treatment needs
Maintain accurate behavioral health documentation

Requirements
Active Oregon RN license REQUIRED
