Description
The Role:
Guardian Service Industries, Inc. is looking for a new Temporary Pool Ambassador to work full time at of one of our locations in Washington DC. These services will be performed during the summer months, tentatively set for commencement on 5/20/2026, with last day of service being, 9/27/2026.
Schedules Available:
Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am + Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 04:00pm
or
Friday 6:00pm - 10:00am + Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay rate: $21.00 / hr
Management may change based on the community's needs.
Responsibilities and Skills:
  • General cleaning;
  • Check ID's;
  • Small admin tasks from management;
  • Maintain a log of disinfecting furniture on rotating schedule;
  • Enforce time limits established by management;
  • Wipe down high traffic areas;
  • Wipe down chairs after usage;
  • Police social distancing;
  • Ensure the pool is cleaned and vacuumed;
  • Conduct pool water testing of PH & Chlorine levels;
  • Apply necessary solutions to ensure water is as balanced;
  • Check residents in/out of pool;
  • Police mask wearing on pool deck compliance;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • Patrol outdoor area
  • Assist with light duty cleaning
  • Ensure proper access
  • Assist with cleaning of high touchpoints in pool area
