Job description

Are you ready to make a difference, have fun, and be part of an exciting team? As a Brand Ambassador at The Lorenzo, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging and vibrant environment for students.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day is different as a Brand Ambassador! You’ll:

  • Be the face of The Lorenzo at events, making our community the go-to spot for student life.
  • Plan, host, and attend fun social, recreational, and educational events. Think game nights, movie screenings, and unforgettable celebrations!
  • Spread the word about all the awesome things happening at The Lorenzo through outreach, flyers, newsletters, and social media.
  • Be a resource for your fellow students, connecting them to campus resources and activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work 20+ hours a week (including weekends) and occasional late shifts for special events.
  • Flexibility to work full-time during our bustling July–September move-in/move-out period.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic team players who are ready to jump in and make an impact.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular and physical attendance is required.
  • Frequently move/traverse, ascend/descend stairs in/around apartment homes and community.
  • Constantly positions self to bend, stoop, reach, lift.
  • Occasionally lift/move/carry up to 25lbs with/without assistance.
  • Frequently lift/move/carry 5lbs.
  • Constantly communicate, converse and exchange information with coworkers, vendors, residents and visitors
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Constantly operates computer, 10-key and other office productivity machinery.
  • Constantly works in low to moderate noise levels.
  • Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.

COGNITIVE OR MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reading;
  • Writing
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to deal with complex issues; and
  • Attention to detail.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; and
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
