Description

Coordinate the delivery and integration of retirement products into the mobile banking platform through strategic third-party partnerships, with a strong focus on enabling seamless connections between tax and financial experiences. As Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end implementation of retirement capabilities, including account onboarding, funding, engagement features, and partner handoffs, to ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Tax, and Compliance teams. 

You will play a key role in advancing tax-integrated retirement moments (e.g., tax-time contributions, account linking, and Saver’s Match enablement), ensuring experiences are coordinated across digital and assisted channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business objectives into executable plans, drive technical and operational readiness, and deliver a cohesive, customer-centric retirement experience spanning both tax and banking platforms.

Day to day, you'll...

Partner Integration & Delivery | Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners within the platform, including APIs, onboarding flows, data exchange, and tax-integrated experiences. Manage cross-functional execution across planning, development, and phased releases.

Program Leadership & Alignment | Support cross-functional coordination and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance through program management activities. Ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and tax-time experience priorities.

Planning & Execution | Develop and manage project plans aligned to the partnership roadmap, including tax season readiness and key capability rollouts (e.g., account opening, contributions).

Customer Experience & Tax Journeys | Consolidate end-to-end customer journeys across tax platforms, including onboarding, tax-time contributions, Saver’s Match, and ongoing engagement.

Risk, Compliance & Readiness | Identify and track mitigations of risks across technical integration, tax implications, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate operational readiness across tax teams, and partner support models.

Learning Agenda & Insights | Support execution of the retirement learning agenda by helping teams evaluate key questions related to adoption, tax-integrated contributions, and engagement outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication | Deliver clear status reporting and executive updates on progress, risks, and tax integration readiness.
