We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Latin America-based voice actors with native Latin American Spanish fluency, neutral internationally intelligible delivery, broadcast-quality recording experience, expressive vocal control, text-to-speech workflow familiarity, and comfort with AI voice cloning projects.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on high-quality Latin American Spanish voice recording, expressive speech capture, text-to-speech evaluation, AI voice cloning, customer-facing voice applications, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will record clean, natural, and consistent Latin American Spanish voice samples across a variety of scripts while following detailed recording, file formatting, and delivery guidelines.

Voice recordings for this project are intended for a specific internal CX AI agent use case and are not intended to be sold, licensed, or reused for another product, dataset, or purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Voice Recording & Performance

• Record high-quality Latin American Spanish voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and customer-facing scripts
• Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emphasis
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, delivery style, energy, and vocal expression when required
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions

Neutral Spanish Delivery & Vocal Consistency

• Deliver native Latin American Spanish with neutral, internationally intelligible pronunciation
• Maintain vocal identity, accent consistency, and strong diction across recording sessions
• Adapt delivery style while preserving a consistent voice profile
• Follow script direction precisely while keeping speech natural and human-like

Audio Quality & Recording Setup

• Follow detailed recording guidelines involving environment, microphone setup, file formatting, and submission requirements
• Record in a quiet environment using professional or near-professional audio equipment
• Ensure audio files are clean, clear, well-paced, and suitable for structured review or voice system development
• Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing takes, file quality, and delivery requirements

AI Voice Cloning & TTS Support

• Contribute Spanish voice recordings that may be used for authorized AI voice cloning or text-to-speech workflows
• Support voice projects involving natural, expressive, human-like Spanish speech generation
• Record scripts with consistency and vocal control to support high-quality voice modeling
• Maintain professionalism, clarity, and reliability across project assignments

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

• Native Latin American Spanish fluency
• Current location in Latin America
• Ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, broadcasting, or related audio work
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone and quiet recording environment
• Strong command of intonation, diction, pacing, pronunciation, and emotional range
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery
• Comfort with authorized voice cloning use for a specific internal CX AI agent voice application
• Reliable availability for approximately 5–10 hours per week depending on project scope

Educational Background

• Formal degree requirements may vary based on project needs
• Professional experience in voice acting, narration, broadcasting, podcasting, audio production, or vocal performance is highly relevant
• A strong voice portfolio, demo reel, or prior recording experience may be especially valuable

Nice to Have

• Experience recording for text-to-speech, audiobooks, IVR systems, AI voice datasets, or voice assistant projects
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or comparable software
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles such as conversational, corporate, energetic, calm, instructional, or customer-support oriented
• Experience maintaining consistent vocal identity across long or repeated recording sessions
• Strong understanding of clean audio capture, mic technique, file handling, and recording quality standards

Contract Details

• Expected commitment of approximately 5–10 hours per week depending on project availability
• Applicants should be comfortable with authorized voice cloning use as part of project deliverables
• Voice recordings are intended for a specific internal CX AI agent use case and are not intended to be sold, licensed, or reused outside that approved use case
• Competitive rates between $40–$130 per hour depending on expertise and project scope
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance
• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
