Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team working in the rebar shop to build cages safely, accurately, and efficiently
Job Responsibilities
  • Build rebar cages according to drawings provided - tools supplied by the company
  • Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions
  • Unload and stack prefabricated steel so that it can be lifted with slings
  • Assist or perform crane operations for storing reinforcing steel
  • Experience using rebar fabrication machinery a plus, but not required
  • Warehouse environment, all work is performed indoors (no travel required)
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
  • Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
