Construction Ready Trainee (Earn While You Learn)
Build the Future with Meta
Ready to start a career in construction-even if you've never worked in the industry?
CBRE is looking for motivated individuals to join the Meta America's Workforce Academy (AWA) Construction Ready Pathway. This paid training program prepares you for a full-time career helping build America's AI infrastructure
No previous construction experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
• Safely work on active commercial construction sites.
• Read and follow construction plans and work instructions.
• Use common hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and installation work.
• Support framing, concrete, carpentry, finishing, or other construction activities depending on project needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements every day.
• Work as part of a team to complete high-quality projects supporting America's AI infrastructure
No Experience? No Problem.
Everything you need to succeed is taught during the training program. We're looking for people with the right attitude-not the perfect resume.
What We're Looking For

• Four-week, full-time paid training program.
• $25.00/hour during training.
• New classes begin regularly.
• Local participants commute daily.
• Eligible non-local participants receive company-paid travel, lodging, and meals during training.

• Successful graduates may be hired into entry-level construction withleading national construction contractors.
• Potential career progression: General Construction Laborer Construction Technician Skilled Trades Apprentice Lead Foreman/Supervisor.
