Job description

JOB ID: 4667 Summer Master's Swim Club Coach  Part-time, temporary position beginning 6/3/2026 - 08/31/2026. 
Location: Community Education  
Scheduled Hours/days: M, W, F 5:00 am - 6:30 am  
Qualifications:
Lifeguard Certification
Swim coaching experience
Knowledge of periodization training for various abilities of swimmers 
Experience teaching proper swim techniques
Successful history of working with adults
Former experience leading and administering workouts for master level swimmers  
Pay Rate/Range: 
$90.00/hr.   
Compensation/Benefits/Perks: This position is not eligible for benefits.  
Deadline:  3/16/2026 - EOE (2/20/2026) Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check.

  • Plan, organize and administer weekly workouts suitable for participant abilities
