Powder Coating 3rd shift

Experience in manufacturing, powder coating, or industrial production environments (1+ year preferred) is the most important qualification for this role.

Job Summary
The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by preparing, coating, and assembling metal enclosures and components used in industrial power systems.
 
Job Duties
  • Prepare metal parts for powder coating 
  • Apply powder coating using spray equipment 
  • Load and unload materials and components 
  • Assist with assembly of enclosures and equipment 
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency 
 
Pay
$16.00-18.00/hourly experienced base pay 
 
Schedule
Monday – Friday
 11:00pm- 7:00am
 
Experience or Skills Requirements
  • 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred 
  • Experience with powder coating or painting a plus 
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle metal parts 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
