Job Title

Powder Coating Specialist

Responsibilities

Mix, apply, and spray powder coatings using industry-standard equipment

Set and monitor ovens, curing temps, and bake times

Quality control: inspect coated parts for coverage, finish, and defects

Maintain clean, organized work area

Follow safety procedures and equipment protocols

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of powder coating experience

Strong knowledge of prep, colors, texture varieties, and specialty finishes

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

Familiar with batch ovens, spray guns, and booths

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Welding or fabrication knowledge is a plus

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay based on experience $25 - $30 an Hour

Overtime available
