Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technician Orlando, FL
Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts | Overtime Available Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technicians are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices to ensure safety and compliance with approved MOT plans and FDOT standards. Responsibilities:

  • Install and remove cones, signs, barrels, barricades, and other traffic control devices
  • Set up work zones per approved MOT plans and safety regulations
  • Drive company work trucks (e.g., Silverado)
  • Monitor and adjust traffic control setups as needed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and field teams
  • Ensure compliance with FDOT standards and company safety policies

โœ… Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. work authorization
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Minimum 2 years of valid driverโ€™s license
  • Must agree to undergo and pass a background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • English required
  • MOT experience (preferred but no limited to)ย 
  • Reliable transportation to report to yard.
