Process eyewear and lens orders accurately

Communicate with patients regarding order updates

Answer incoming phone calls and emails

Coordinate with labs, vendors, and manufacturers

Track orders, shipments, and inventory records

Assist with resolving order issues and delays

Prepare and ship frames to optical labs

Support the optical team with daily administrative tasks
