Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced philanthropy professional to help drive fundraising growth, donor engagement, grant management, and organizational impact. This leadership role will work closely with executive leadership, board members, donors, funding partners, and program teams to strengthen philanthropic initiatives and expand support for mission-driven programs.
The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with experience in fundraising, grant administration, nonprofit governance, and strategic project oversight.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, grant management, nonprofit development, or a related field.
Experience building and managing donor, foundation, and funding partner relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
