Responsiblities
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies for RAN features, including functional, performance, stability, and regression testing, specifically addressing cloud-native deployments and OAM aspects.
- Cloud OAM Validation: Design and execute tests to validate the OAM functionalities of cloud-native RAN components, including fault management, configuration management, performance management, security management, and lifecycle management (e.g., deployment, scaling, upgrades) in cloud environments.
- Troubleshooting & Analysis: Identify, analyze, and debug complex issues within RAN software and hardware, particularly those related to cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and OAM interactions, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
- Performance & Scalability Testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing for RAN elements deployed on cloud platforms, evaluating resource utilization, latency, and throughput under various conditions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create clear and concise test reports, defect descriptions, and technical documentation, communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for test process improvement, tool enhancement, and adoption of best practices in cloud-native testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product management, and customer support teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
