Millwright – $25+/hr + GrowthWe're hiring Millwrights / Industrial Service Technicians to support maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment at local customer facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical, welding, construction, or maintenance experience who enjoy hands-on work and solving problems in the field.
Job Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment
- Install, assemble, and align machinery and conveyors
- Perform rigging, equipment moves, and steel assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Work with a team to complete maintenance and service projects
Required Experience- Mechanical, millwright, maintenance, or construction experience
- 1+ year of stick welding experience
- 1+ year using hand and power tools
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Experience- Industrial maintenance experience
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Rigging or equipment installation experience
- Blueprint reading experience
