Positions We Are Sourcing For:

We are building an elite roster of crew members for operations on commercial ships, offshore platforms, research vessels, tugboats, merchant marine vessels, workboats, and barges.

1. Captains & Mates

  • Responsibilities: Oversee safe vessel navigation, command crew operations, ensure strict adherence to USCG/environmental regulations, and manage cargo/passenger safety.
  • Requirements: Appropriate USCG Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) tonnage license, radar observer endorsement, and strong leadership experience.

2. Marine Engineers (Chief, Assistant, Designated Duty & Unlicensed)

  • Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain main propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, electrical systems, and onboard deck equipment. Troubleshoot and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Requirements: 2+ years of marine engineering experience.

3. Deckhands (Able Seamen / Ordinary Seamen)

  • Responsibilities: Handle lines during docking and towing, perform vessel maintenance (chipping, painting, cleaning), assist with cargo securement, conduct watchstanding duties, and support navigation tasks.
  • Requirements: Experience with barge or offshore platform operations preferred.

Required & Preferred Credentials (Varies by Role):

  • Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) (Required for licensed roles/OS/AB)
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) (Required)
  • Medical Certification
  • Proven skills in vessel maintenance, engine monitoring, or navigation support
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and emergency response
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
