Job description

Position Summary
This role is a temporary position with an expected duration of 4-6 months.
The 3D Project Coordinator will support all 3D production efforts as it relates to data entry and asset management. The 3D Project Coordinator will work directly with the 3D Program Manager, Studio Production, Merchandising and eCommerce to help track and create 3D visual assets for Livingspaces.com, catalogs, TV commercials, POP, Social and email campaigns.
Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Track, manage, and oversee a heavy volume of assets, including physical swatches, digital files, and 3D models, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
  • Perform quality checks on 3D assets throughout their completion using various 3D toolsets.
  • Maintain and update production documentation across multiple data entry points.
  • Coordinate intake from suppliers, including CAD files, iPhone photos, and technical product specifications.
  • Liaise with Merchandising and eCommerce stakeholders to ensure the integrity of assets.
  • Communicate and report status changes and updates across projects to stakeholders.
  • Maintain workflow and escalate issues to the 3D Program Manager.
  • Multitask and track multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Operation and execution of physical 3D scanning using specialized 3D scanning equipment
  • Assist with various Studio and Marketing projects, as approved by department head.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or comparable trade tech schooling in computer science, marketing graphic design or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry/asset management related role. Preferred experience with Living Spaces product from a Merchandising, Visual and/or Retail perspective. Preferred experience/interest with 3D asset production. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience with Project Management tools such as BOX, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Asana. Preferred experience utilizing production management software such as Shotgrid, Ftrack or similar. General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Bridge.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $27.35 - $35.50
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
