Medical Biller (Durable Medical Equipment) Location: Camden County, NJ Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire Schedule: Full-Time LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company in Camden County, NJ to identify an experienced Medical Biller for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in medical billing, insurance claims processing, and collections who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Process and submit medical claims accurately and timely to commercial insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Follow up on unpaid, denied, and rejected claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Manage accounts receivable and collections activities to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve insurance and patient billing issues.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.
  • Post payments, adjustments, and denials into the billing system.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers regarding billing matters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports and assist with month-end billing and collections activities.
Qualifications
