Kelly® is hiring Forklift Operators for a manufacturing facility in Clackamas, OR. This role is ideal for experienced forklift operators who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and supporting production operations.

You will play a key role in keeping production running by safely moving materials, staging pallets, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Position Details:

 Location: 16800 SE Evelyn St, Clackamas, OR
 Pay: Up to $24.35/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend!
 Benefits include:

  • 3 weeks PTO
  • 9 floating holidays
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate electric or propane forklifts in a manufacturing warehouse environment
  • Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Stage pallets for production using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures
  • Deliver materials to production lines to support daily operations
  • Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory movement
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all pallet movements
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse organization standards
  • Wear required PPE including hairnet, safety glasses, and safety vest
  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Experience operating electric or propane forklifts preferred
  • Warehouse, manufacturing, or production support experience preferred
  • Comfortable using RF scanners and computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule
  • Ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment
