OverviewThe Project Manager (temporary contract) is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of initiatives, ensuring that all work is clearly defined, tracked and delivered efficiently across teams.This role owns the delivery of the squad, enabling consistent execution while ensuring alignment between teams, timelines, and dependencies.Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of digital production projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Create, manage and maintain project plans, tasks and workflows using Jira and other project management tools.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners involved in the production and delivery process.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies, ensuring effective planning and execution.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers and mitigation actions.
  • Consolidate stakeholder requirements and feedback, translating them into clear and actionable workstreams.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, production teams, technology teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate operational and production-related activities across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Ensure visibility of project status, priorities and delivery progress across all stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery practices.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager in digital or product environments
  • Strong experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional product teams in a digital environment (UX, Content or similar)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in parallel
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
