Position Overview
Rider University seeks an entry-level individual for a temporary Building Maintenance position to perform a variety of routine maintenance services requiring the repair/replacement, installation and repair of building components.
The work schedule for this temporary position is Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated basic plumbing and electrical experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to perform required job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, work from ladders, and operate power tools.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing is required.
  • Must have own hand tools.
  • Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 3 years of general maintenance experience is preferred
