Job description

Why We Exist and What We Do:
At Dr. Squatch (www.drsquatch.com), we're raising the bar on men's personal care with our line of natural, high-performance products. We're on a high-growth, fast-moving ride, continually introducing new product categories, launching into retailers nationwide, and growing internationally. We have been recognized and certified by Great Place to Work® multiple times, and we achieved status as a certified B Corp in 2023. We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!
About the Role:
Dr. Squatch is looking for a TikTok-native operator to own and scale our TikTok Shop business end-to-end. You live on the FYP, understand what makes Gen Z stop scrolling, and can translate culture into commerce. You'll lead affiliate strategy, content collaborations, livestream programming, and on-platform merchandising - owning the P&L and turning trends into revenue.
This role will report to the Associate Director of Global Growth.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $125,000 to $145,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the TikTok Shop P&L: revenue, margin, growth, and forecasting while working with cross-functional teams across e-commerce, marketing and product team in close partnership with leadership.
  • Build and scale our affiliate/creator program - recruiting, briefing, seeding, and managing hundreds of creators across tiers.
  • Program always-on and tentpole moments: LIVE shopping, Shop Ads, Affiliate campaigns, and product launches.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and social to develop platform-native content that converts.
  • Analyze performance daily - GMV, CVR, AOV, creator ROI, content velocity - and turn insights into action.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and culture; bring the best of the platform back into the business.
  • Manage operational health: catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory flow, and compliance with TikTok Shop policies.

About You:
  • 4-7+ years in ecommerce, social commerce, creator marketing,; direct TikTok Shop experience is required.
  • Deeply plugged into TikTok and Gen Z culture - you can name the creators, trends, and sounds shaping the platform this week.
  • Proven affiliate or creator program management at scale. Big bonus if you have existing relationships with affiliates.
  • Strong commercial instincts - comfortable owning a P&L, forecasting, and making trade-off decisions.
  • Analytical fluency - fluent in Shop Center, GA, Looker/Tableau, or similar; can model unit economics in a spreadsheet.
  • A content brain: you can spot what will convert and brief creators with confidence.
  • Bias to action, scrappy, and thrive in fast-moving, brand-driven environments.
  • Enthusiasm to build direct relationships with high value affiliates - conversing on WhatsApp, meeting affiliates for coffee, hosting small group dinners

Bonus Points:
  • Built or scaled a TikTok Shop from zero to meaningful GMV.
  • Experience in CPG, personal care, or men's lifestyle brands.
  • Personal TikTok presence or creator relationships you can activate on day one.
