Job description

What youโ€™ll do in this role

Design, optimize, and deliver best-in-class digital experiences from concept to implementation, applying a holistic, multidisciplinary approach across user experience and visual design.

  • Apply systems thinking to create scalable solutions aligned with technical frameworks and architecture
  • Lead migration of product assets into the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and research
  • Develop design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with minimal oversight
  • Design across web, mobile web, and native applications (iOS and Android
  • Support usability testing, journey validation, and experience benchmarking
  • Manage multiple complex projects while delivering high-quality work on time
  • Mentor other designers and contribute to design critiques and best practices
  • Use storytelling, communication, and visual design skills to present and drive design solutions
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a multidisciplinary product designer
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, Agile, Lean UX, and Design Sprints
  • Experience designing responsive and multi-channel consumer digital products
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
  • Familiarity with enterprise design systems and technical constraints
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services or working within a financial institution
