Your tasks at a glance
  • You greet and check in patients, ensuring their files are accurate and complete.
  • You respond to patients' inquiries, providing exceptional service.
  • You admit patients for surgery and clinic appointments.
  • You work with electronic medical records, including scanning paperwork and data entry.
  • You confirm appointments and create invoices.
  • You perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the clinic operations.
  • You support the organization's Risk Management program by identifying and promptly reporting patient safety concerns, incidents, or potential risks to clinic management, to assist in the organization's overall efforts to identify, report, and mitigate risks.

  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
