What are some typical challenges faced by professionals in temporary insurance positions, and how can they be addressed?

Temporary insurance professionals often face the challenge of quickly adapting to new systems, processes, and company cultures, as their assignments may vary in duration and scope. They may also need to efficiently manage fluctuating workloads and learn to collaborate with different teams in a short time frame.
