Job description

Receptionist/Scheduler

Since 2007, All American Water Restoration, Inc. has provided expert water damage remediation and home remodeling services to our customers. We have an immediate opportunity for a Receptionist/Scheduler in our Orlando, FL office.

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones, field questions, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members
  • Enter new customers and jobs into the customer database
  • Perform Property Searches
  • Create new folders (Vendor & Client)
  • Schedule all assessment appointments from incoming calls
  • Follow up/confirm appointments for the following day
  • Maintain team calendars for scheduling
  • Scan and upload documents for files
  • Assist with any special requests
  • Housekeeping of personal space
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Great customer services skills a MUST.
  • Basic Construction/Restoration knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Work, Excel, and Teams
  • Excellent time management/organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and function independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
  • High school diploma
  • Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
