Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of medications per prescriptions.

  • Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence.

  • Review and reconcile pharmacist-led medication histories and interactions.

  • Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation for pharmacy operations.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and controlled substances.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and care plans.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction with active DEA/analogous registrations.
