Job description

Our client, a globally recognised hospitality-focused architectural practice, is seeking a Project Architect / Technical Designer with circa 9-11 years' experience to join their collaborative and design-led team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong architect who can confidently bridge the gap between concept design and delivery, ensuring ideas are translated into coordinated, buildable solutions of the highest quality.
The Role
You will play a key role across multiple high-profile hospitality projects, taking ownership of technical coordination and delivery from early design through to construction documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
  • Producing and overseeing high-quality drawing packages and BIM models, with a strong focus on Revit
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and hospitality brand standards
  • Supporting project delivery across all phases, from concept through to construction
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to QA/QC processes

Candidate Profile
  • Approximately 9-11 years' professional experience within architecture
  • Proven experience in hospitality or destination-led design is highly desirable
  • Strong technical expertise, with the ability to work within a collaborative, design-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
  • Must have the right to work in the U.S. (please note: sponsorship is not available)
  • Relocation support may be considered for exceptional candidates

Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary in the range of $95,000 - $115,000
