Aviation Service Partners is proud to participate in the DoD Skill Bridge Program, offering transitioning service members an immersive opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience in the aviation and technical operations industry.


Our Skill Bridge participants work alongside experienced professionals and receive hands-on exposure to real-world operations, maintenance practices, and project coordination, preparing them for a successful career after military service.


We at ASP are a growing company and will have a variety of different opportunities available in the upcoming year. We are expanding our company and opening 2 new hangar locations to provide the best customer experience possible.

  • Excellent communication, work ethic, and adaptability
  • Aviation experience (A&P, Avionics, or aircraft maintenance) a plus, but not required
