TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Indianapolis, Indiana, 46237!

Job Title

Travel - RN Med/Surg (7a-7:30p)

Location

Indianapolis, Indiana

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Every Third Weekend Rotation

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6
  • Care for a diverse patient population including medical, surgical, renal, behavioral, and drug and alcohol withdrawal patients
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
  • Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
  • Adhere to facility dress code, wearing blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience, specifically with renal, behavioral, and drug and alcohol withdrawal patients
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Medical/Surgical specialty background
  • Experience in a high-acuity or diverse patient population setting
