Temporary Human Resources Assistant

Omni Richmond Hotel is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to assist with projects related to HR operations, records management, and compliance.
This is a temporary, project-based position. The projects are expected to last 1-2 weeks and offer flexible work that fits around school or other commitments.
Responsibilities
The Temporary HR Assistant will support the HR team with important administrative and organizational projects, including:
* Organizing and filing employee records
* Assisting with records retention and document archiving
* Preparing files for secure storage
* Organizing HR office files, supplies, and workspaces
* Supporting office clean-up and organization projects
* Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with other HR administrative projects as needed
